Wall painting & rural media

A painted wall is the cheapest cost-per-thousand medium in rural India and the longest-lived. One season of paint on a well-chosen gable wall keeps selling for two to three years on a highway that has no other media.

We identify walls by traffic direction and visibility, negotiate with the owner, write the copy in Telugu, and paint with exterior-grade weather-resistant paint. Every wall is photographed before, during and after with location data.

Formats we execute

High-rise walls
Godown, factory and society gable walls visible from a distance on highways and approach roads.
Low-rise compound walls
Long runs of boundary wall along busy urban and semi-urban roads.
Shop and kirana walls
Retailer walls that combine brand message with the shop name, so the retailer maintains them.
Village cluster campaigns
Planned mandal-by-mandal coverage measured in square feet and villages touched.

What it is good for

  • Permanent presence in markets with no organised media
  • Vernacular messaging where it is read, not skipped
  • Very low cost per thousand impressions over a campaign life of years

Every campaign is reported with GPS-stamped photographs of each site, vehicle, stall or outlet, so the spend is verifiable line by line.

Wall painting: questions we get asked

How long does a painted wall last?

With exterior-grade paint on a prepared surface, two to three years in most of Telangana. Walls facing direct monsoon wind fade faster and are usually repainted after the second season.

How is wall painting priced?

By square foot, including wall rent, surface preparation, paint and labour. Rates change with wall height and accessibility, so quotes are issued after the site survey.

Do you write the Telugu copy?

Yes. Copy is adapted for the local dialect and checked for readability at distance before painting begins.
