What we collect

If you send a brief through the contact form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message. Nothing else is required to use this site.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to run that project. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after two years. Project records are kept for as long as we are required to retain them for tax and contractual purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled, it is configured to record aggregate page usage without identifying individual visitors. Fonts and images are served from this domain, so no third party receives your IP address by loading this page.

Campaign data

Where a campaign collects consumer contact details on the ground — at a society stall, a mall counter or a lead form — that data is collected with consent, handed to the client brand who commissioned the campaign, and deleted from our systems once handover is complete.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@brandarchitects.co.in and we will respond within thirty days.
