Festival & jatara activation
No media buy in Telangana matches a jatara. Medaram drew over 1.45 crore pilgrims in 2024, most of them from exactly the rural and semi-urban households that FMCG brands find hardest to reach the rest of the year.
Festival work is logistics under pressure: permissions from the temple committee and district administration, stalls built on open ground, stock and staff moved into a town with no infrastructure, and a queue managed for four days straight. We have done it, repeatedly, and we have the GPS-stamped documentation to prove it.

Formats we execute
- Jatara stalls & zones
- Fabricated branded zones with sampling, demos, games and spot-offer redemption.
- Welcome arches & gates
- Entry arches and darshan-route branding at Ganesh mandaps and pilgrim paths.
- Route & signage branding
- Direction boards, poles and shop fascias along the approach roads for the full festival window.
- Eco-Ganesha campaigns
- Clay and seed Ganesha distribution — a CSR-led format that earns press and society goodwill.
- Ramzan & Sankranti belts
- Old City and district campaigns timed to the festival shopping peak.
- Sampling at scale
- Crowd-managed distribution with counts reconciled against stock issued each day.
What it is good for
- Crore-scale reach in a four to ten day window
- Trial among rural households at the moment they are in a spending mood
- Association with a cultural occasion, not an interruption of it
Every campaign is reported with GPS-stamped photographs of each site, vehicle, stall or outlet, so the spend is verifiable line by line.

Festival activation: questions we get asked
How far ahead do we need to book a jatara campaign?
Medaram and Khairatabad space is allocated two to three months ahead. For 2027 Medaram, start conversations by the previous November.
Who handles the temple committee and district permissions?
We do, including the utsav committee, local police and municipal clearances required for stalls, arches and route branding.
Is festival activation only for FMCG brands?
No. Banks, two-wheeler brands, piping and cement companies and quick-commerce apps all use jatara and Ganesh utsav branding to reach a district audience in one week.
